All prices are listed in USD.

When will my order ship
Everything is made to order. Most accessories ship within 3 to 7 days. Handmade handsets typically ship within 7 to 14 business days. Build times can vary during busy periods.

Can I return my order
Because our products are custom made, returns for change of mind or ordering the wrong model are not accepted.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a craftsmanship issue, email info@ct3dstudio.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

Can I cancel my order
Yes, if production has not started yet. Once work begins, cancellations are not possible due to the custom nature of the items.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do
Check your order confirmation. If the address is incorrect, email info@ct3dstudio.com within 24 hours so we can update it. After 24 hours we cannot guarantee changes, and refunds are not available for incorrect addresses submitted beyond that window.

How long does shipping take
Shipping time depends on your location. Orders within the USA usually arrive in 4 to 15 days after shipping. International checkout on the website is not available at this time. For international orders, please contact us or purchase through our Etsy shop.
