What currency are the prices I see on the site?

All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

All items are made to order. Most products ship within 3–7 days, and handmade handsets typically ship within 7–14 business days.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

I offer a 100% money-back guarantee if your product arrives defective or damaged. You have 30 days to send it back for a full refund.
You must ship it back at your own expense. Once I receive the item, I’ll refund the full amount of your original purchase.
Please include your name and order number in the return package.

Note: If your package is still in transit, you must wait for it to arrive before returning it.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order with no penalty — as long as it hasn’t shipped yet.

I entered an incorrect address — what do I do now?

If you misspelled or auto-filled an incorrect address, wait for your order confirmation email.
If the address is incorrect, please email me at info@ct3dstudio.com within 24 hours so I can update it.
No changes can be made after 24 hours, and I can't issue refunds for incorrect submissions beyond that window.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on location.
Orders within the USA typically take 4–15 days to arrive.
International shipping is currently not available through the website, but you can order through my Etsy shop.
