Return & Refund Policy

At CT3D Studio LLC, every item is custom-made to order with care and attention to detail. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or refunds for reasons such as a change of mind, ordering the wrong size/model, or other instances of buyer’s remorse.

Damages and Craftsmanship Issues

If your item arrives defective, damaged in shipping, or with a craftsmanship issue, please contact us at cthiviergejr@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item as quickly as possible. Photos may be required for verification.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled if production has not yet begun. Once work has started, we cannot accept cancellations due to the custom nature of the items.

Exceptions

  • Custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged

  • Gift cards are non-refundable

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
