Order Processing Time

All CT3D Studio products are handmade to order.

• Most items ship within 4–7 business days from the date of purchase.
• VR Handsets require additional build and assembly time and may take up to 14 business days before shipping.

We will send you an email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

• Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
• Standard U.S. delivery is typically 3–5 business days after your order has shipped.
• Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. All orders include tracking.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries.

Order Tracking

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
